Today I received an email that the scheduled shipping date would be 9\/13\/10 for item #2. They didn\u0027t mention item #3.<br><br>I called them today. Item #3 was in stock and wating to ship with the complete order. I called and made a substitution. <br><br>The home page says all in stock orders ship in 24 hrs. It says 24-48 under \u0022policies\u0022 and somewhere on there it say 24-72. ??????<br><br>My card was charged on 8\/25\/10.<br><br>On 8\/26\/10 I was notified that my order would ship within 1-2 days.<br><br>I received the knives today 9\/2\/10. They arrived USPS, which should have taken 2 days. I actually got the back ordered knife and not the substitution.<br><br>I will not use them again. Billing before shipping, and showing \u0022in stock\u0022 when it\u0027s not!
