Along with what the above viewer said, I could not find this company associated with any of the organizations listed on the page and I checked them ALL. This does bother me because it was one of the main reasons I purchased from them.
Also the Buysafe logo is invalid on ebay listings and Squaretrade brings up a bad page.
I do have to say, that maybe it took this post and several other complaints, but I did get my money back today after posting on their website several times which was getting deleted each time I posted... so I kept pasting till someone attempted a live chat with me through the site) I was posting information to warn others. This time they were very professional and did give me back my money immediately. They also said they would send me a free ink kit which I will gladly review with a praise report if warranted.
I guess, they were in a move which was quite a transition but they made some bad choices.
I believe that 85% at least of a company's damage control is in communication. To wait nearly 3 months for a product without reply or a way to contact a company is upsetting and leaves customers to make their own assumptions. To add insult to injury, getting several false dates as to when the product will arrive and failing to deliver just escalates the problem. Further, offering a 30% coupon off a future purchase, in my opinion, is quite insulting and has nothing to do with the initial purchase. Why would I buy again and use that coupon if my first experience was so bad? Once the good faith, being gracious and understanding runs out, a buyer will draw his or her own conclusions and understandably so!
They have asked me to post about them again since refunding my money and offering to send a kit. To be fair, I will say, they did make things right again. If you plan on buying from these guys in the future, I'd wait till they get a little more settled and sorted out and recover from this move. If eco friendly products are important to you, I'd do a little research on that first.
Refunding my money and offering a free kit was a great gesture and does restore some of my faith in them.
Maybe MAYBE I'd purchase again from them, but I have just started to cool off from this experience. If I get the kit they promised I might in the future if they improve their track record.

Nick the owner of this store does not return phone calls or reply to emails after telling 4 initial untruths as to when my item would be received. I spent a lot in his 'store' on February 17. It is now May 2 and I have not gotten anything. He will not answer me. It's too late to file a claim with Paypal. Check out his ebay feedback as well.
