Ordered a high end Martin acoustic guitar at 15% off on a "Rockin' Santa Sale". Due to cold weather at the time, they agreed to ship free UPS 2 Day Air. I received my Martin as expected and on time. Guitar had a couple "issues" that need some luthier attention. Debated on keeping or returning the guitar. Music123 emailed me a return UPS shipping label, no hassle, and understood my concerns. I couldn't bring myself to send this beautiful guitar back, but it needed a couple issues squared away. Nearest Martin repair center is an hour and a half away... I called Music123 for the next day and explained that it was killing me to have to send this beautiful guitar back, but it needed a little love from a Martin authorized service center to make it perfect as it should be. I asked for an additional 5% discount. The customer service rep was very understanding and courteous. She put me on hold, came back and agreed that they would give me an additional 5% off and to keep the receipt for any repair work. That if repairs ran more than that, then to call them back and see what they could do for me.
I give Music123 HIGH MARKS! They went above and beyond and it was a very pleasant experience.
I wanted to write this review because people who are angry tend to complain but folks who are pleased usually go about their merry way. Not this guy. I owe Music123 a review from a happy customer!
