I will upgrade this review once I hear back from Blurb. I ordered a few copies of a book I made -- $180 worth of purchases -- then needed to edit the book. I realized this within hours of ordering the copies, and uploaded the new version, but haven't yet had my "request" assigned to a customer service representative. I think it is ridiculous that they don't have a phone number, because this could be taken care of instantaneously if they did.
