Scam I ordered a Nikon D5100 DSLR on March 20, 2012 and have never received my item. First they call and tell you the item is out of stock and it will ship within a week. Nothing happened so after about ten days I call again and they tell me it's a popular item still haven't received anymore to ship. I wait a couple of more weeks then they tell it was shipped but it was damaged and returned by UPS! After about a month I cancel order and they tell me it will take 14 days to refund my money. After 14 days nothing happens and I threaten to get the authorities involved they then tell me I'll get my refund in 7 days. Still nothing happens so I called my bank and reported the matter to them. My bank credited my money back to me while they investigate the matter. I wish I could give this company a negative rating. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE RATINGS THEY ARE GETTING IT'S ALL PART OF THEIR SCAM!!!!

I have ordered from Shop4Tech.com many times and have never had a problem. My items either ship on the day I order them or the next day. The first time I ordered from shop4tech.com I chose to have my items shipped 2nd day air shipping. When I received my shipping notification I noticed it had been changed to the free ground shipping. When I emailed them to complain I was informed that I was in there shipping range of 2 day ground shipping so they changed it to save me some money. Needless to say I was impressed. It's not often a company will change your order to save you money.
