Trial pay "just said no" but when I emailed them to say I was filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General & the Federal Trade Commission that they engaged in deceptive practices they wrote back the next day & gave me a registration code to Winzip.

I had signed up for Netflix to get Winzip for free.

I rated the cost very high because they give you nothing & it takes a lot of time. You have to pay for whatever you buy through trial pay & it's always too much if you're buying to get something else for free and you don't get it.

Great company. Lowest prices by far & fast shipping. Good customer service. I've bought from them before & I'll buy again whenever I need cables.

I like Genesys a lot. This was my second order. My order arrived the day after I placed it. I am about 100 miles from them, so it might take longer to go cross country.

But what I like most is how they provide the little amenities you ask for. I asked for a spindle for my DVD's, which usually come in a cake box, and they sent 2 spindles. Thanks Genesys. I'll be back when I need more of the things you sell.

Another great purchase! Helped in minutes by telephone service to find right cable. Delivered in 3 days. Price with shipping was 25% of what Radio Shack charged for the same cable at a store.

I ordered medications on Jan 25. Nine days later I emailed to ask when they shipped it. When they didn't answer the email I wrote another threatening to file a dispute with my credit card company. Within 10 minutes I got a phone call telling me they had canceled my order and I was "too much of a risk"

They don't answer their mail, their phones, or ship orders. I've seen other complaints from people who never got their goods.

A legitimate business ships orders quickly and answers email & telephone communications. bajapharmacy.com doesn't do any of these things. If you complain you're "too much of a risk".
