The original estimate for shipping and handling was around $9 which I already felt was extremely high considering the price, size and weight of a string of only 15 X-mas lights. If I had known the shipping would be $11.90, I would have shopped elsewhere! By the way, I do a lot of online shopping, so I'm very familiar with shipping costs for various online products.
