Their wizard did not pick the correct cartridge (no pictures to compare) and they will not accept them as a return. The 'compatible' cartidges are 1/8" too small in length and width and so do not click in, but rather slide back and forth. Print Country is convinced they are the right ones, but there is no way. They are just going by numbers on boxes. So, after sending several emails answering questions for them, they politely inform that anything opened is not returnable (I had to open it to see if it would fit), which is fine, but since I couldn't prove there is a problem, I can't return any of the rest either (I ordered about a dozen). Terrible customer service.
