I am a long time customer. Sadly, their customer support and communication has taken a turn for the worse. I would warn anyone contemplating a purchase to look elsewhere. I received an order containing three pairs of glasses, all were made in error and not per the order. Kam was slow to respond then asked for a measurement to be taken on the glasses he sent me. Havent heard from him since i responded. Its been three weeks and still no response. Beware.
