I went to go to the store 3 times and still, at the end, I HAD TO ORDER THE LAPTOP, MYSELF, ONLINE aaaand pay $100 more!
The first time I went there, I was told AFTER I paid, filled out papers, etc, that they have ONLY one laptop and it's an open box... it was reterned. I did not want to buy a reterned one, so the associate ordered one from inventory... Two days later, I was told that, there are no more laptops like the one that was ordered... How is that possible!!!? What did the associate order, then, right in front of me?!
I went back home, to find out, from your website, that the model I wanted is still available!
The next day, went back to the store and upon insisting that I should still be able to get the model I wanted through the store, I was told, because they have 1 laptop, (the reterned one!) I have to order it online.
I was never given an explanation of how is that AFTER you order something in front of a customer, two days later, you tell this customer that, you don't have it anymore!!!!! Lots of time and money wasted!
VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!
