I found out about Mountavision through the AVS Forums, and Chris was incredibly helpful when I was shopping for a television set, providing some alternative sets to consider and even guiding me toward competitors if it meant a better price for me. While I didn't purchase the TV from Chris, I did end up buying a Mack extended warranty for the TV from him. The transaction was a breeze, and Chris was again super helpful when I made some mistakes during the warranty registration process. I highly recommend Chris and Mountavision- he's incredibly helpful and will work with you to make sure you get the best deals.

When I first called Cleveland Plasma, I just wanted to get a price quote and a comparison between the Pioneer 5020FD and Panasonic 50PZ800U. I was a little hesitant to order something so large from an online retailer (even one so highly recommended on the AVS forums), and I would've liked it if they offered some financing options (just to ease the hit from buying a plasma TV). But the transaction was a breeze, the price couldn't be beat, and Chris was helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up ordering the Panasonic and a wall mount over the weekend, and I got the TV on Wednesday morning (plus an extra package containing screen cleaning materials). Quick turnaround, and great customer service to boot! Having financing options would make them perfect, but I still highly recommend at least checking out Chris and Cleveland Plasma before buying a TV. Thanks for everything!
