I was pretty disappointed with Chegg. I ordered my books on Jan. 5, with an estimated arrival date on Jan. 20th (which I thought was a pretty long time). Two of my six books arrived by then, and the rest just disappeared. I talked with their customer service that said they could either give me a refund (that would take my bank about 4 business days to process) or reship the books. I have two upcoming tests this week and no books to study for them. Fortunately the customer service guy was extremely helpful and reshipped the books on expedite to my home address (they couldn't expedite to my P.O. box?). I have to drive a hour home this week to get them, but at least I don't have to wait another 15 days to fail more tests. I was happy with the customer service, but really unhappy with the fact that I will most likely fail my two tests because Chegg misplaced my books.
