The Blue Parrot B250-XT was recommended to me by a friend who drives a truck for a living. I work on trucks. I picked one up at a truck stop during my travels and simply do not know how I made it without one. I am a field service technician and travel around the country working on trucks. I also am responsible for some customer support calls while working. I use the headset and can continue working while assisting the customer. It's also quite handy while talking to the wife when I'm away from home. I have been standing right beside of a truck engine running at 1500 RPM(quite loud if you haven't experienced this) while talking to my wife. She said that she could not hear anything except me talking. She has even asked if I was still there because she couldn't hear the background noise. My father owns 2 trucks and is getting older and therefore having trouble with his shoulders and arms. It is difficult for him to hold the phone and drive, not to mention illegal in many states now. I ordered him one of these headsets as a Christmas present. Hopefully, he finds it as handy and reliable as I have. I'm sure I'll have to pair it up for him, he's still not up to speed on the technology. Thanks to the Twister Group for making it available at such an affordable price and for such a wonderful product!
