Excellent service, even through the returns process. Let me explain.

I placed an order for a pair of XSPC Rasa GPU waterblocks. Unfortunately for me, I didn't do the appropriate research, and ordered blocks incompatible due to clearance issues with the compression fittings and tube size (1/2ID, 3/4OD) I was using.

Upon finding out (and luckily before the blocks had shipped), I contacted their RMA department to cancel my order. Cory from the customer service team did so immediately, without issuing any restocking fee. Absolutely amazing service, especially since water cooling products are generally not returnable due to cleanliness and corrosion issues. However, an exception was made for me because I obviously could not have used / corroded the parts, having not yet received them. :)

Unfortunately the blocks that I ended up buying (EK Supreme HF Acetal GPU) were not available at Xoxide, otherwise, I would have purchased them there. I intend on making Xoxide one of my core group of shops for all my PC modding and water-cooling needs. They're an excellent store with a great group of people who stand behind customer service--something extremely rare now a days.

I recently ordered a Galaxy GTX 570 from TD, and it arrived in perfect condition just two days later. Naturally, I was incredibly excited to fire it up.

However, one thing I hadn't considered was the strength of my power supply. Calculating financial situation of upgrading the existing machine versus building a new machine, I realized that I'd be better off waiting and upgrading everything a year later. Naturally, I had to return my TD purchase.

TigerDirect handled my return with excellent timing, and was courteous every step of the way. Additionally, it's not the first time they've served me well. I had another experience where a package was lost in the mail, and they simply covered my order by offering me a full refund!

I've been a customer for about 5 years now, and I'll keep shopping at TigerDirect for as long as I buy tech products.
