This company has major processing and shipping issues.
I bought my item on the 21st of November. After about a week of a whole bunch of nothing, I decided to check up on the status of my order. It has not shipped yet for whatever reason so I decided to e-mail them about my concern.
I get a canned, automated response saying they're sorry for the delay. Finally, my item shipped on the 28th, but only after my e-mail to them.
Today is Decemeber the 4th and I HOPE to receive it today. Almost 2 weeks to receive a pair of earrings...
One last jab: they're shipping it DHL ground. If I wanted my earrings (gift, by the way) to be thrown from a moving van while taking it's sweet time to get here in the first place, I would have requested it via hostage courier.
Will update once I receive the product.
*Edit:* Received my product from DHL the day after I wrote the review. Overall, a decent transaction, but the processing time was horrible.
