Ordered a Kingston 4gb Flash drive with free "Egg Saver (4-7 days)" shipping.

Great company, as always. Everyone talks about their impeccable customer service (which I agree with entirely), but what really gets glossed over is their lightning-quick processing time. Ordered something today? You bet it'll be processed by tomorrow.

I'll be short and concise.

I ordered 18 parts total on 11/12/2010, received 13 in roughly 5 days (not bad). Called, emailed, left voicemails inquiring about the missing parts; nothing for a week until Jason returned my call. He cannot help me resolve any issues as he just processes requests for others to resolve (which they do not).

I'd say it's a decent company if you get your parts, but don't expect any communication if things turn sour.

As of today 12/8/2010, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company as BandSawParts has been unreasonable with helping me a) get my money back b) get the parts I ordered in a reasonable time frame.

First of all, this only applies to the Fountain Valley, California Fry's. Anaheim and City of Industry seem okay.

I ordered memory online for pickup at the Fountain Valley Fry's on the 17th. I get a confirmation saying it's ready to be picked up. I get there on the 19th and the cashier tells me they only have an opened one. He brought it out to me and it wasn't just opened, but half the packaging was missing. This is just plain unacceptable. Why give me a confirmation telling me it's ready to be picked up, have me drive and waste gas and time to go pick up used memory?

I've been here numerous times and usually the extremely poor service is tolerable as I know what I want and get it on my own. This time, the level of stupidity by both staff and management was too much for me to handle.

I ordered the Zalman CS-2 replacement kit from them:

I received it within 3 days of ordering, which is pretty good, but I also only live 20 minutes away. Newegg usually sends stuff to me next day because their processing is so fast, but that's beside the point.

I received the parts in a zip lock bag, everything works fine, except for the fact that they did not give me all the components I ordered.

There are 4 things included in the kit and "4) Two thumb screws for Zalman Water Block" is on their list of what I should have received, but did not. I e-mail them about this mishap and I have received no response back.

The items they sent me do indeed work and I am happy with it, but GIVE ME ALL THE ITEMS I ORDERED!

This company has major processing and shipping issues.

I bought my item on the 21st of November. After about a week of a whole bunch of nothing, I decided to check up on the status of my order. It has not shipped yet for whatever reason so I decided to e-mail them about my concern.

I get a canned, automated response saying they're sorry for the delay. Finally, my item shipped on the 28th, but only after my e-mail to them.

Today is Decemeber the 4th and I HOPE to receive it today. Almost 2 weeks to receive a pair of earrings...

One last jab: they're shipping it DHL ground. If I wanted my earrings (gift, by the way) to be thrown from a moving van while taking it's sweet time to get here in the first place, I would have requested it via hostage courier.

Will update once I receive the product.

*Edit:* Received my product from DHL the day after I wrote the review. Overall, a decent transaction, but the processing time was horrible.
