There was no photo with the item, just serial numbers. The entire website is poorly written and contains little or no information for each item. Shipping cost was 150% the item price. That is repulsive shipping rate scale. The item was shipped promptly, but it was the WRONG ITEM and most likely they were glad someone "bought" an obsolete laptop accessory. It took more than two (2) weeks to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Euclid. They never responded to phone calls, at any time throughout business days. I tried more than 10 times, different times each day. Followed RMA instructions exactly, and now another two (2) weeks later, they claim they never received the item and that I should contact USPS for a claims. Euclid is a horrible vendor. This is the first online company I seriously regret ever having done business with. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
