Ordered 8/29, was charged on 8/30, but I had to email, chat, and finally call to get them to ship it on 9/2. I first emailed customer service who claimed that it had shipped on 8/24. Unlikely, and the tracking they gave me was wrong. So I called, was put on hold for five minutes, and finally told that it had shipped today.
Update: Turned out that the drive had shipped earlier than they had said (8/30), but just hadn't shown up in my order status. So other than time wasted talking to customer service I'm happy.
