Very good experience overall. I returned two pairs of glasses and the process was smooth. There was nothing wrong with them. I just didn't like the fit. The first pair did take a while to ship, but the quality was excellent.

Ordered 8/29, was charged on 8/30, but I had to email, chat, and finally call to get them to ship it on 9/2. I first emailed customer service who claimed that it had shipped on 8/24. Unlikely, and the tracking they gave me was wrong. So I called, was put on hold for five minutes, and finally told that it had shipped today.

Update: Turned out that the drive had shipped earlier than they had said (8/30), but just hadn't shown up in my order status. So other than time wasted talking to customer service I'm happy.

Ordered a OEM cpu on the weekend. Was shipped out fast and well packaged. My only gripe is that their Customer Service is closed on the weekend and there is no online method for canceling orders. I mistakenly ordered a OEM when I wanted the retail, and used their form to send an email to cancel my order just minutes after it was placed. Still, they informed me early Monday that my order had been picked by FedEx on Sunday and couldn't be retrieved. They definitely should install a cancel button! Anyway, Customer Service told me to refuse delivery and that there wouldn't be any charges but FedEx just dropped it at my door. I decided to keep it anyway (they gave me a partial refund since the price had dropped again) since I'm too lazy to drive it to FedEx and it was my mistake, not theirs. I give them credit for very fast responses to my emails and good prices.

I ordered on the 14th and received an email the same day with tracking. Seven days later and the tracking showed that the item still hadn't been picked up so I emailed, then called, and called again trying to find out what happened to my order. Their phone system basically puts you on hold for several minutes and then throws you into voice mail. The only trick I found was to hit '0' to get an operator. She told me that the item was backordered but I couldn't cancel because it had already officially 'shipped'. There are much better stores (Egg) that don't screw with their customers.
