I have had many dealings with this company. I purchased many parts for my Mustang and they never missed a beat. Fast shipping and I got everything. When I called they answered the phone. That was over three years ago. BUUUUUUUUUUUT!!! I recently ordered a cold air intake and recieved the wrong one for my truck. I ordered the correct one while I was obtaining a RGA#. So I bought (2) cold air intake kits. I recieved my RGA number and returned the pckage in return to get store credit. I did not hear anything at all. My emails get returned cause I was blocked, no one answers the phone. I had to file a compliant through the Better Bussiness Buearu. It has been over three months trying to return this.
