I placed an order with the company on April 7th. After checking on the order for a while, and on April 15th emailing them asking when would my order be shipped since it was still "In processing" I got what seemed to be a good reply. After reading the reply again, I noticed it had no mention of my product which led me to believe that it was an automatic B.S. mailer. On april 15th I emailed the customer service representative to tell him to cancel it. It was cancelled my money never showed up. I had to fight for it back with the bank and on May 15, over a month later, I got my money back.
