***BUYER BEWARE*** These guys have lost the concept of customer service! If you ever have a problem with your order with them, forget it. I've you want to save a buck or two and get everything right the first time, good luck.
I tried ordering a Samsung 171MP from them, and had a mixup with the billing phone number. After attempting to rectify the problem FIVE times over the course of 2 weeks with ABSOLUTELY no response, I cancelled my order. Of course, I had to wait a few more days before they cancelled it. Try to talk to someone over the phone? Forget it - their 800 number only tells you to use their 'automated email' system 'in order to bring you the lowest prices.' What a joke.
About the best thing that happened was having my order cancelled so my credit card wouldn't be charged.
