It did not arrive as promised and the following Monday when it did show-up the orchid was almost dead. This retailer refused to send the exact replacement. After two days with several phone calls and email exchanges, they still have not resolved this problem. Now, I want them to refund my money of over 100USD and they have not done anything about it. They did not return my phone calls either.
