Received an old, hair covered, useless pet carrier. Tried to inquire about returning it but the merchant never responded. I would NOT recommend HandHelditems for anyone else and I would not use them in the future. Their customer service is not there. They do not stand behind their products and obviously do not have any type of quality control in what goes out the door.
