I cannot say enough bad things about this company. I bought a livingsocial.com certificate to use at allposters.com. When I placed my order, their website said that my order would ship out within 24 hours. Well, fast forward to 1 month later: my order still has not even been processed, nobody in customer service can tell me when I can expect to receive it, nor can they tell me exactly why it has been delayed. After numerous calls to customer service, and lots of excuses that don't make sense, I finally cancelled my order and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLPOSTERS.COM AGAIN! I suspect that they sold too many certificates and jacked me around hoping that I would end up cancelling so that they can get out of fulfilling my certificate. What makes the situation even worse is that I had to go round and round with livingsocial.com to get my money back for the certificate I purchased from them. A horrible situation all around!
