I didn't get the original unit back that I had purchased. Several hours of phone tag and emails. Everyone I talked to said that the issue wasn't their department and they were sorry and had to transfer me to someone else over and over and over. Even the store hung up on me while a customer service representative was with me on a 3 way call.
