Our last order from buy.com, we received a wireless keyboard and mouse that was opened, used, and returned before it was shipped out to us. It was even missing the batteries. It was NOT listed on their web site as an open box or even a refurbished product.

Issue remains unresolved after over two weeks, with no response whatsoever from buy.com customer support.

EDIT: vendor did finally offer a refund, but only after a dispute was filed with Paypal.

The routers we bought from ZZF actually went down in price by $10 each between when we first saw them on special and and when we actually ordered a couple hours later.

The order shipped fast and was well packed.

If they can beat other vendors (that we deal with) on price, we will certainly not hesitate to order from ZZF again.

While we've only had a couple small online orders with Micro Center so far, we have no complaints at all.

We fully intend to purchase again from Micro Center; and if they had a location closer to us, we'd be a customer there, too.

One of our orders was backordered, but the order was still filled and shipped within a day or so.

Woot is a pioneer in the one-deal-a-day concept and it can be quite addictive, and damaging to your wallet, especially during woot-offs.

If you need or want whatever they're offering on a given day, the price will (normally) be at least competitive, if not great.

Their user community can give you some additional (and useful) insight into the day's deal before you commit to buying.

Only gripe with them so far is that it can take them a week to get an order out the door.

Awesome source for third-party and remanufactured ink cartridges. Low-cost flat rate shipping, good prices on ink and toner. We get all our ink from them, for printers they carry cartridges for; and all of our cables, too (printer, audio, HDMI, etc).

Only once so far have we received a wrong item; they handled the return and reshipment without hassles, and even picked up the return shipping costs.

We have not had a single problem with any of the ink cartridges we've received from Abacus.. We've ordered for Lexmark, Dell, Brother and Epson printers..

We only wish they had a wider selection; they don't carry ink (or toner) for all of the printers we have.. but then, third party or remanufactured cartridges are rare anywhere or simply don't exist for a couple of those.

We have bought more computer parts from Newegg than anywhere else.... well, make that everywhere else, combined. They have the product selection we need at competitive prices, which are often among the lowest available online from a major vendor.

Only once have we received a bad product, and a replacement was immediately dispatched -- without even having to return the bad one (it was an inexpensive power supply).

Returns and exchanges (we've only had to do each of those once as well) are hassle free; our only gripe is with the restocking fee, but it was acceptable to us in those cases as the items involved were opened by us and tested.
