terrible. just terrible. shipped wrong item, made me pay return shipping, rude on the phone
stay far away

another store that if you look through the bad ratings you see that they're the only reviews not written by the company themselves

I bought a few pairs of shoes to try on different sizes and styles, i mean they do have free shipping both ways, right.

So i sent back four and kept one. They sent me back one of the pairs and said it was worn. WTF?! I can honestly say in an anonymous online place where i would have no reason to lie that I only tried it on and nothing more. Ever, at all. Those jerks.

Besides that, as other reviews pointed out, they are very gimmiky. They'll offer you a gift certificate or free shipping offer, and then you realize you can't use that with ANY promotion at all, so you think your saving but... (i bought a groupon, only to realize their every day percent off sales would save me more money. Groupon has good customer service though, they refunded me)

And btw this is all besides the fact that I was notified only of the shoes accepted as returns, not the one sent back. Why not? Had i been notified I would have denied the package... Is that good customer service? When you get a package sent back with no explanation it kinda makes you feel like, "go somewhere else, mister, we don't give a ____ about you."

Also, notice how all the reviews are negative except a few random "this company turns me on!" five star postings... obviously fake.

This company won't last
