I took one of their "deal" on Dec.2nd 2011, and redeemed it on Dec. 13, 2011. I didn't get it till Christmas, so, had to find another Christmas gift. And I called them. I was told, it normally takes 4-6 weeks, and since it is holiday season, I won't be able to get it by Christmas, or even new Year. I just need to be patient.
OK, I've been patient for another month, and it is Feb. 1st, 2012 now. I still have received nothing. I called them back several times, and of course, it went to voice message directly, and asked me to leave a message, and someone will call me back. And, of course, no one called me back.........so, here I am.
