Items were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Good parts and a great price. However, my debit/credit card I used to buy the parts was charged three (3) times. There was a $1.00 charge, I assume to validate the card, and two (2) charges for the total price of $52.50. The customer service 800 number did very little to help me with this. The lady I spoke with checked to see if the order was placed twice or if I had another order, neither of which makes sense. I was then told it was to make sure the card was valid and I could not get an answer for what the $1.00 charge was for. I did have to call my bank to stop the second $52.50 charge, which was charged after the first payment had already cleared. If I had not called the bank to suspend the second charge I do believe I would have been charged twice and go through hoops to get a refund.
I WILL recommend this site on the basis that the prices are excellent and the delivery time and shipping packaging was superb.
I also must say that when you place an order, pay close attention to your account you used to pay your charges on the website and start making phone calls instantly if you notice a recharge like I did.
