I have ordered from this company a lot in the past 10 years. I am very selective on what I order. I have learned not to order any furniture items. They always require assembly and they seldom have all of the hardware. I dont order clothing from them either because the sizes run small and the material is usually thin. I do order toys, books, DVD's, gift bags, framed pictures, blankets and kitchen stuff. I dont call them when I need customer service, I e-mail them through the site. I never pay for my items until I receive them. As far as returns, they usually include a return label so you dont have to pay shipping to return it.
