I ordered parts for a dryer; a motor and a repair kit on a Sunday with standard shipping. It arrived more quickly than I had imagined. The prices can't be beat and the online chat helps assure the right part is ordered.
I will definately recommend them to anyone needing appliance parts. They will be the First place I go next time ;-)

KUDO's to Sweeper City, especially Ashley (You Rock girl) for a great shopping experience. I got a call from Ashley telling me that the shipping charges had gone through with the order and she would credit the shipping charge back for me. She did it immediately and I received a full credit for it.
The order was promptly shipped and securely packaged with all items ordered within.
I will definately recommend them to anyone looking for any items they sell.
And, if they see this: You need to give Ashley a raise as she went way above the call of duty. This is unfortunately, not always the case with a company.

I purchased 512MB Viking DDRAM from this company. Best price I could find on the net. Received promptly, packaged well, Brand new and working perfectly.
Thanks for a great purchase from start to finish. I'm sure I will buy from them again :)

I have done business with these folks off and on for years. This order as well as all I have ever placed, arrived the day after I placed the order.
It's always packaged well, the prices are good and the shipping is great.
I highly recommend doing business with this excellent, customer satisfaction oriented company. KUDO's To them :)

I have made numerous purchases with these people and highly recommend them, as they are very customer satisfaction oriented. I had only one order problem in all my orders and the cusomer service people were great and remedied the problem immediately.
Have a vast supply of items for sale, great prices and fast shipping. KUDO's :)

I ordered a Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo on February 03, 2005 and it was shipped out the next day.
Great price, well packaged and I'm most satisfied with the whole company process.

These people are UNBELIEVABLE!

I have been shopping online for over 5 years now and I have never ordered anything from a more UNCARING about customers company, as this one.

I ordered an Iomega zip drive and although the order arrived rapidly; it was not a zip drive. It was an inexpensive game for a gameboy that I could buy for $11.00. When I go back to the site to contact them; I find they use an "Enote"
system.

After numerous enote postings and answers; I finally get told I can print a RMA receipt online. I find that if I use it, I will have to pay the return postage. It also states in their return policy agreement that if I don't make sure it goes insured and certified, I may not be able to prove they got it back. Then I find that the return postage will cost ME two-thirds of the price of the wrong item to send it back.

Finding this ludicrous, I call information for the two addresses for this company I have
(One on the package and the other inside), and neither state has a listing for this business. I call my Credit Card company and they say I need to try and make human contact with the company before they will file a dispute. They give me two long distance phone numbers they show.

One produces a Intertel Processing number that leads to a female voice that has me leave a message. Of course, I get no return call. The other is forwarded to a voice mail with a message that this number doesn't subscribe to this service.

Today, I finally reach someone at the number online and am on the long distance phone call long enough that all my toked up charges now exceed the value of the piece of junk they sent me. She claims she'll send me an email with a printable receipt with postage that I can use to send this item back.

(I have yet to receive this and am not holding my breath). I tell her that I have decided that I no longer want the original item (ZIP DRIVE I ORDERED) and she says that they don't have it anyway as it's been discontinued. Naturally, nobody had told me this before either.

She asks what they are supposed to do and I say that if they were a good company they would tell me to keep the junk they sent for all my trouble. She says she's sorry I feel that way.

I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Chandler, Arizona and will probably end up letting my Credit card Company file a dispute with them. I will also rate them at any online site I can find to try and make people aware of this companies practices BEFORE they make a purchase.

I guess it's another case of E Caveat Emptor--Let the Buyer BEWARE!!
