I was very happy dealing with Donald at Powernotebooks.com. I had a trip off continent scheduled, and Powernotebooks.com did everything they could to expedite my order. They managed to get my computer to me a day earlier than expected. The laptop arrived exactly as ordered, in perfect condition. A subsequent call to customer service (I couldn't find the Windows 7 key sticker; it's put in the battery compartment to keep it from being worn off over time)was dealt with in a friendly, quick, and professional manner. I will shop with Powernotebooks.com again, and I will recommend it to friends.

I've shopped at several online vendors over the years, but I prefer to shop at Newegg. They carry a wide variety of electronics, and a good selection in every category. Their prices are usually among the lowest advertised. Their website has a lot of technical information on items listed there, as well as user reviews, both positive and negative, on most things. Shipping has always been quick, with no hassle. On the odd occasion that I have had problems with defective merchandise, Newegg staff has been very professional and courteous while resolving my problems.

In short, I couldn't ask for anything more from an online vendor. Newegg has gotten the bulk of my online business for the past few years, and certainly will continue to do so.

I am a very satisfied customer, and would heartily recommend Newegg to anyone looking for electronics at a great price.
