I ordered parts from Jack's Small Engines online service. First, the website was hacked into, and my credit card information was stolen and then used to try and make purchases. Luckily, my bank caught this before any charges could go through. The parts ordered (2 small screws) were supposedly on backorder. The company promised them in 5-10 business days and that when they were received they would ship within 24 hours. The screws took longer than the guaranteed time frame, and when I called the business, not only was no apology immediately given, the gentleman on the phone commenced to continuously call me young lady, as if I was some little girl. When I told him I did not appreciate this, we somehow became "disconnected" When he finally called back (after over 10 minutes and only because I asked to speak with a supervisor before we got "disconnected") his supervisor tried to tell me it was a mistake and that the said operator called me as soon as he realized the error; was he talking to dead air for ten minutes? I seriously doubt it. Overall they were completely unhelpful, refusing to cancel my order when I asked for it, since the parts STILL have not shipped. The supervisor informed me he did not know where the box was but that it had shipped, but there was no tracking number. Obviously, those are two different actions and when I questioned him, he became annoyed. I will NEVER do business there again!
