Placed order on 8-2-2010 should have had item by 8-6-2010. Called to find out where it is and they held the order but could not tell exactly why. Told me that they would ship out right away. called back to say that the item I ordered was now not in stock and substituted a referb product for same price. now it is 8-13-2010 I still have nothing but a fedex tracking number and that fed ex is sending me a box that weighs 6 pounds. This is a bad company run by people that do not follow through with what they tell you they will do. Run far and fast away from Infinity Micro.

Had to use the fedex number to post this because I have never recieved any docs from them email or otherwise.
