Once I was able to get ahold of someone, I was assured that I would be refunded purchase price plus shipping. Instead, not only did I lose $12 on shipping, but they deducted $28 from my $144 refund as a 10% restocking fee!!! 10% of $144 is NOT $28!! Attempts to follow up with them have been ignored and I've basically been swept under the carpet. Oh well, their loss! I don't know where all of these positive reviews are coming from - this was a nightmare to say the least. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! “Below is the email this customer sent us on 6/13/2012 @ 12:47 PM after he placed his order with us online and the order had been processed and shipped (yes, we save every email we receive and send);
Sorry... I messed up - not only did I order the Mossberg stock, but I just found out that I can't mount the MBUS front sight to a gas-block style arrangement. I would please like to cancel my entire order. Please advise. Do I just write "RETURN TO SENDER" when the package arrives or do I have to go through an RMA process? Please accept my sincerest apologies, I plan on ordering more things from your site in the future and I will be much more careful and do more research before buying things willy-nilly. This customer was allowed to return the three products he ordered from us per the terms of our 30 Day Return Policy as stated on our site as of June of 2012. This customer was issued an RMA# to make his return. The customer made his return via USPS. On 6/26/2012 the customer received a $118.21 credit back to his Visa card. The customer was charged a 10% restocking fee for his return. The original UPS 3 Day Select shipping, insurance and handling is non-refundable, as the services were provided by our Warehouse and by UPS.”
