I normally don't bother leaving reviews unless the company left a very positive impression. I placed an order for a Flip video recorder and was suppose to be delivered via USPS on 12/15. However it was stalled at my local USPS sorting facility for over a week. I called DigitalEtc to inquiry about the status, they were speedy and helpful with my situation, instructed I contact my local post office to see if they had the package. End up having to file a lost claim with USPS, the package was likely stolen en route at the sorting facility, damn postal workers. USPS told me there was no insurance on the package, my order came with free shipping. DigitalEtc immediately sent a replacement and I got it in 3 business days. Love how each time I called I spoke with a friendly person who was helpful and understanding. Even tho the present did not arrive in time for Christmas, no fault on the seller, I am very happy with their service and would shop again and recommend to others.

Contacted me because my shipping address was different from billing, asked that I contact my CC to add as alternative address. Love that extra security. Communications was instant and my item was shipped later that evening w/ tracking. Not a lot of places ship and provide tracking same day. One of the best online shopping experiences, thank you.
