I placed an order for a Flip video recorder and was suppose to be delivered via USPS on 12\/15. However it was stalled at my local USPS sorting facility for over a week. I called DigitalEtc to inquiry about the status, they were speedy and helpful with my situation, instructed I contact my local post office to see if they had the package. End up having to file a lost claim with USPS, the package was likely stolen en route at the sorting facility, damn postal workers. USPS told me there was no insurance on the package, my order came with free shipping. DigitalEtc immediately sent a replacement and I got it in 3 business days. Love how each time I called I spoke with a friendly person who was helpful and understanding.
