Battery Mart absolutely has to be one of the most pleasant on-line shopping experiences that I have ever had and I do a lot of on-line purchases.

I bought a Big Crank ETX30L battery for my Ultra Classic. I ordered it late in the morning then had a phone call from Battery Mart that same afternoon apologizing for not shipping it that day. I had no expectations of shipping before the next day at the earliest but their attitude impressed me greatly. The battery was here and in my bike before a lot of companies would have even begun to process an order.
Now 3 weeks later they send a follow up letter to see if I am satisfied. You bet I am.
Thank you Battery Mart for setting such a high standard!

Last minute order filled and shipped promptly and accurately; what more can you ask for?
This is the type of service that I have experienced throughout the years that I have shopped with B&H, roughly 12 years. I have not ordered every year, but I have always been happy with their services.
I have, and will continue to do so, recommended B&H to others.
