I recently took a leap of faith as a first time buyer and purchased a GTX670-DC2T-2GD5 Graphics card. At the time Newegg did not have this specific card in stock. Excalibur looked to be reputable and had a nice website. Two days later I received the notification that Newegg had it back in stock.. however the price was $30 cheaper then what I just payed. I promptly contacted EXcaliberpc.com and received an email from the store manager. They explained they had some issues with the reseller regarding this specific product and price, and found it hard to compete with Neweeg and Amazon on this product line. He insisted he wanted to please me, and offered me the already purchased product at a reduced rate(at a loss) in line with Newegg and Amazon.

Steve, the manager was incredibly gracious with all his communication and turned me from an unhappy customer, to an incredibly happy customer who will most definitely shop with EXcaliberpc.com again.

Incredibly fast preparation and shipping. Easy shopping cart and checkout. All products were received in perfect condition, packing materials were excellent which funny enough, is not always common place.

I'd honestly go as far as saying this was actually easier then purchasing products then via Amazon.

Paypal transactions was a big plus for me.

I'll definitely be back for all things electronic.
