Ordered a Delta kitchen faucet on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered by FedEx on Tuesday before 9:30 a.m. Took the older faucet out and installed the new Delta faucet before 10:15 a.m.

Transaction was simple, delivery was super fast and the product was shipped in brand new condition in original packaging inside a shipping box.

Saved $30 from the next lowest online store.

We purchased our second ASUS G73SW-A1 laptop from XoticPC in December of 2011. This followed our first purchase of a ASUS G73SW-A1 from XoticPC in May of 2011. Both laptops were for our sons and each son now has the same unit.

It is always a pleasure dealing with XoticPC for laptop needs. I've learned my lesson and will never go anywhere else for a quality laptop.

A case in point is that after our first laptop from XoticPC, we initially purchased an ASUS laptop from a well known online retailer during a Black Friday sale. The ASUS laptop from that retailer arrived broken. We were in a bind.

It was now Dec. 6 and I needed a laptop by Dec. 11 for our son's birthday. Enter XoticPC and wham-o, the ASUS G73SW-A1 unit was shipped and arrived in time and in perfect condition.

Lesson learned: We are XoticPC customers for now on. Two flawless orders with great customer service. Don't go anywhere else.
