In the past all of my shipments were fine. This time was different. I was hired to build something for a client and I checked web to see if you had what in needed in stock. I wanted to confirm so I called and you had just what I needed in stock. I then completed the order online with second day delivery. I received a call later that day (Friday) and was told that the inventory was off and one item would be back ordered. When I received my shipment ne of the items was misshipped so now I was short two. I called and arranged with Craig to ship two overnight at your expense and he confirmed that they had arrived and I would have them the next day. That did not happen. This was not a large shipment, but the client needed it because they were leaving for the London Olympics and they had a strict deadline. Since I was leaving town I had to have them by a certain date and that did not happen. I had to settle for receiving them a week late since I didn't want them to sit outside my home for a week. I was disappointed to say the least.
