I ordered a cell phone keypad for the Blackberry Bold 9780. The keypad that arrived caused the touchpad button to be continuously depressed when installed on my 9780. The thickness dimensions of the keypad shipped are bigger than the original keypad. When the original keypad is installed again there is no problem with the touchpad button being continuously depressed.
The color of the plastic strips between the keys on the shipped keypad was silver not black as on the 9780. The color difference and the thickness dimension difference lead me to believe that the keypad sent is intended for a different model phone or is from a bad batch of incorrectly manufactured keypads.
I returned the keypad for a refund, but instead received a second shipment of an identically defective keypad. I returned the second shipment and requested a refund, but by that time the 45 day PayPal purchase dispute time limit had expired, and Truesupplier.com no longer answers any of my communications. Even after shipping two worthless keypads to me Truesupplier.com still has made a profit from the payment I sent.
Truesupplier.com is most likely trying to unload defective excess manufacturing inventory through dishonesty and deceit.
