I ordered three items from this vendor for a new cell phone. I decided to exchange one of them for a different model, and shipped it back. I heard nothing for about 10 days, so I contacted them. They had no record of having received it, so I guess it got lost in shipment (post office). Nonetheless they credited back the return, exchanged it for the new item, didn't charge me shipping on the return, and waived the price difference I should have paid!!! Who could ask for better treatment than that?

Appears to be a scam. Ordered software, received tracking number that doesn't work, they say ignore it, was shipped, but now is well past the delivery time they quote. They don't respond to email, you just get back a form letter basically saying to leave them alone and wait. I should have checked here first; I got scammed for not doing so.
