I am very impressed. It's always a little sketchy going with a new online vendor, especially one without any reviews on RR. However, throwing caution to the wind paid off. They had exactly what I needed, even the seemingly inconsequential (i.e. tiny) parts. The prices were right and the turnaround was very fast. I'll likely be placing another order with Zbattery before the end of the week.

This was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I was sure that renting high-end camera gear would have to be a very controlled process. Indeed it was with every step of the way clearly spelled out both on their web site and in the documents that were included with the lenses. There were no questions about when the rental started/ended or their expectations of the customer when it came to shipping the lenses back. In fact, they do a good job of initiating contact throughout the process, not just responding.

Also worth mentioning is the ease with which I extended my rental period. One phone call (a *person* answered!) was all it took and the rental period was extended.

Will I rent from them again? Yes. Once I get done processing the 1000 or so images I got with the first rental. :-)

Oh, and one more thing: what a great way to try different glass before spending ~$1000 (or more) on a lens!

Had hard to find items in stock, shipped quickly, and the prices were competitive. Positive first time experience with this vendor.
