I, like many others, have become an unfortunate victim of DealExtreme's poor business practices. I ordered a plastic case for a hard drive (in stock) a few days after Christmas 2011, and still have yet to even receive a shipping notification (February 2nd, 2012). That didn't stop them from immediately collecting my payment after purchase though.
I ended up ordering the same product (for a little more money), from a famous online retailer. I received that item just 3 days after ordering it, and it has been in use for a couple of weeks now.
I tried to cancel my order with DealExtreme multiple times through live chat, e-mail, and phone, but was never contacted in any way.
Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from DealExtreme.
