"My worst online shopping experience so far.  I have ordered Epson printer with the next day delivery. Not only it didn't come next day - it never came. Focus  camera People claimed that it got lost with UPS and didn't want to reship the printer before UPS will "find" it. After two weeks of waiting UPS called and told that Focus camera actually never shipped the printer....  What a waste of time..."
