I ordered a pair of Head Radical Pro Men's Wh/Black 8.0, when I received the shoes, they are 8.5, and what's worse is that the two shoes are of DIFFERENT sizes. I called them right away when they did offer to ship immediately. But I told them to hold until my return is received so that they can get me the right size. I saw the shipping delievery confirmation from UPS says they received on 6/02, but I did not hear anything from them. So I called them on 6/04 and was told that they are out of stock for my size. The back order won't be available until 6/11. I told them I don't want to wait and need to get a refund. Then I asked to talk to the manager, who tried hard to defend themselves and offered insincere apology. Not a good place to shop!
