Emailed twice using their sites email form with no reply. Finally called on 12\/31 and lady said she would cancel order and refund (never received order or confirmation of shipment). “We apologize for the frustration this customer has had to go through on this order from one of our sellers. The seller in this case uploaded incorrect tracking information on this order, but the product did not actually ship as expected. At the customer's request, a full refund was provided on 1/14.”
