Had some problems with a tablet (open box purchase), there was particles under the touch screen. Everyone was great, helpful. sent a shipping label, fixed the computer and sent it back, asap. Both Matt and Ryan really went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Definately would shop again, one of my best exoeriences with an e-merchant and the only "problem" purchase that I have been able to walk away happy from.

Buyer beware! Ripped off for $30 by charging cc for an order 3 days after order was cancelled and then charging an outrageous cancellation fee! Chronology: placed order 2/6 after being told by chat that it would ship same day. 2/7 Get an email on the 7th asking me to confirm order. I cancel order. 2/9 they call me to verify and I said no, I cancelled that order, sent another email to support. 2/10 they charge my card! I called they said ok they’ll refund. 2/14 get shipment notification, more run-around. Package arrivse I refuse it. 2/28 I get a refund that is short $30!
WTF >15% they ‘sometimes’ charged
