The company appears to be out of business and I have been charged for unshipped items. I placed an order for four items totaling $440. I was immediately charged for all four items and was not told any were on backorder, although ALL were needed for the plumbing installation. I received ONE item promptly. I thought it was strange they would charge me for all four items when three were backordered. I called and was told my other items would ship in three weeks. Four weeks have passed and DSO's website is accepting no orders and notes that any customer due refunds should send a fax or email. I called DSO's phone number during regular business hours and receive a recording saying they are closed. I faxed and emailed a refund request and have received no reply. I am wondering if DSO is out of business.
