As usual excellent service. Ordered a 2 GB flash card and they said up to two weeks for free delivery. Item was at my door in four business days. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Their pricing is unbeatable and the service is great.

First time dealing with this company. Ordered 18 Epson Printer cartridges. The website said that there was free second day shipping (next day at additional charge) and that the product was in stock. Three days later still no product. So after trying to contact them for three days (voice mail hell) I got through to a live person. I was told (this is a week later now) that the cartridges were not in stock and they were expecting them to clear customs in the next two days or so. So when I explained that I had ordered because the product was in stock and the two day shipping, I was told it was not even two day shipping, I was told "it is kind of two day shipping, it depends on where you are and how busy the company is". Needless to say the product I was expecting in two - three days took over two weeks. Not an outstanding start. I finally receive the cartridges and WELL OVER HALF ARE NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE PRINTER. After multiple attempts to contact the company again, no success. Do not waste your time or money with these clowns, there are too many other sources out there to put up with a company who does business this way.

Purchased a DVD Recorder from the website. I was dissapointed because they could not ship to a store for pickup, I had to send to my house and have irt sit outside all day while I was at work. Everything worked out OK, but thumbs down on delivery methods. B- Overall experience.

Ordered an Epson Stylus CX3810 printer. Product was shipped very quickly. Website said two weeks to ship, but it was shipped next day. Purchased for an excellent price on a customer loyalty program.

Company had Epson® T043120 Ink Cartridges for my printer for $3.97 each. I was a little apprehensive about the quality and compatibility of the cartridges for this price. (Original Epson Cartridges are about $30.00 each). But they had a $15.00 order minimum so I ordered 5, about what I would pay for one Epson Cart. Came delivered as ordered. I put the first cart in and perfect. Same print quality, no compatibility issues. I will be buying all my ink from these guys. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Ordered Halo 2 for XBox. Everywhere I looked the game was priced at $29.99. Wal-Mart.com had it for everyday price of $19.82. Game was listed as shipping in 3-5 days, it shipped in 2 days. Game shipped via US Postal Service. Arrived six days after order was placed, everything as advertised.

SECOND ORDER
Ordered a ring for Mother's Day. Although it would not arrive in time for M.D. the website made that clear. It was due to customization of the settings. The site said it would take 6-8 weeks to ship. Shipped in three weeks and arrived exactly as ordered. I am very happy with the site so far.
