I returned part of this order but at the same time ordered a replacement. It was delivered to them on 11/14/08. I am still trying to get a refund for $495. I managed to speak to them at the 1800 number in January(I was waiting to see if the refund was on my Jan:Statement)The person I spoke with said she would inform the refund department. I have yet to get a refund and the company is not taking calls. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks. They ask for you to leave a phone number but no one calls. I have tried pressing the numbers of Customer Service, order status and even Sales, thinking someone would answer if they know you want to buy something. To NO AVAIL. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully I will get my money back.
